Alan Tannenbaum has been actively collecting all aspects of Carrolliana for forty years. He retired from IBM after thirty-three years, and now devotes a significant amount of time to book collecting, writing, and networking with other collectors, scholars, and book dealers around the world. A past president of the LCSNA, Alan has lectured on various aspects of Lewis Carroll; his publications include Square Alice and Square Snark, based on Carroll’s Nyctographic Square Alphabet, Pictures and Conversations: Lewis Carroll in the Comics (co-editor), and he was the technical editor of the 3-volume Alice in a World of Wonderlands. He is the editor of the LCSNA YouTube Channel. He lives in Massachusetts.
