July 25, 2026 , 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT

12:00 PM PDT / 3:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM UK

Join the webinar on July 25.

Join Houston master sculptor Bridgette Mongeon , creator of the whimsical and monumental bronze Mad Hatter Tea Party sculpture “Move One Place On” as she discusses her brand new book!

Many of us delight in the hidden meanings within Lewis Carroll’s writings, but here’s a fun secret: Bridgette cleverly tucked away 150 surprises in her bronze sculpture in Bellaire, Texas, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland! Curious folks often ask for a list, but Bridgette playfully declines—she wants to inspire the same sense of curiosity and discovery that Carroll did. Alice and the Hidden 150 was appropriately released on July 4, 2026. It’s a charming treasure hunt for Carroll fans of all ages, complete with riddles and clues to spark your imagination. At our meeting, Bridgette will share the enchanting story behind the sculpture, give us a sneak peek at her book, and reveal a few of the sculpture’s hidden secrets.

Before Bridgette’s presentation, we’ll chat with new LCSNA member Jules Oami! Jules is a Los Angeles–based content creator behind the incredibly popular @fortheloveofalice_ Instagram account. Her fascination with Wonderland began at age two when she first watched Disney’s 1951 Alice in Wonderland and received her first Alice book shortly after. Since then, she has amassed a collection of more than 1,000 Alice-related books, including first editions, signed copies, and other rare editions from around the world. Through her content, she explores the history of Wonderland through its books, illustrations, adaptations, and collectibles, treating it as a lifelong love letter to the story that first inspired her.
