Alice Film Screening

.The fourth and last day of the film screening series will consist of Curious Alice(1971) and Alice (1988). The 1971 movie is a psychedelic anti-drug propaganda piece produced by the National Institute of Mental Health. Alice, written and directed by Jan Svankmajer, is a surreal view of Alice using a combination of a live actor and stop-motion figures. There has been nothing like it, before or since.
Film screenings will be shown in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts starting at 2:30 PM.
