Screening of Alice in Wonderland (2010)

Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s beloved story “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland!” In this modern live-action Disney production, with special effects by Sony Pictures Imageworks, Alice (Mia Wasikowska), now a teenager, returns to the magical world of Wonderland where she reunites with old friends and learns of her true destiny… to end the Red Queen's reign of terror. Sci-Tec Workshop: Animated Wonderlands

Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s famous story “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” by developing your own animated Wonderland! Combine illustrations of the stories’ characters with your very own unique storyline and backdrops. Learn the basic techniques behind stop-motion animation and edit your work, adding final touches and taking a copy of your short movie home. Screening of Walt Disney’s Alice in Wonderland

Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s beloved story “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland!” This classic Walt Disney animated feature follows Alice after she tumbles down a rabbit hole into a realm of curious creatures that defy logic at every turn. Maxine Schaefer Memorial Reading

The Lewis Carroll Society of North America is having a theatrical reading at the Morgan Library & Museum in memory of Maxine Schaefer, founding member and longtime secretary of the society. The reading is performed twice a year for 4th and 5th grade children.
